Zút have worked with Betfred to produce a number of TV commercials and campaign-related content across a variety of channels.
To promote their new Vegas-themed products on their eGaming platform, Betfred commissioned us to produce a series of 3D, CGI-based animations to run across TV and On Demand services, including idents for their sponsorship of the ITV show Celebrity Juice.
We needed a concept that showed both the BetFred Vegas franchise and Keith Lemon’s Celebrity Juice. We started by storyboarding ideas of traditional Vegas stereotypes, then added in Keith Lemon’s stylistic quirks and humour and came up with the idea to turn Keith’s head into a traditional Vegas slot machine.
Using 3D animation techniques we created a 3D Chip of Keith Lemon’s head, combining visual elements of Betfred Vegas from their website. We also captured a touch Lemon’s humour by commissioning him to record a voice over for the ident.
The Vegas-inspired indent aired between episodes of Celebrity Juice in 2020, with further assets created for use in POS and digital platforms across Betfred’s social platforms.
