META x UFC

Paddy x Meta

Two spots: Instagram and Facebook. 300 million views in 14 days.

When Meta put Paddy Pimblett (Paddy the Baddy) on camera for a commercial ahead of UFC’s debut on Paramount, the brief came with everything that can make a shoot difficult: an elite athlete mid fight-camp, city-centre locations, four organisations to keep aligned, and a release date that could not move. ZUT ran the production.

What that looked like:

Locations & permits. Found the streets that matched Paddy’s energy, then made them shootable. We fast tracked permits through the local council with no downtime and nothing held up.

Production management. One schedule across Meta, the UFC, Framestore and ZUT. We ran the schedule for all four organisations and kept the days moving. Nobody stood around waiting, and nothing ran over.

Talent & client ZUT was the first point of contact for Paddy and Molly, with shoot days built around their training schedules. We kept their time on set short, useful and on their terms.

Catering. Menus matched to our athletes’ strict dietary requirements, and a crew fed properly through long shoot days.

The result
300 million+ views inside two weeks.
Zero logistical delays.
The stage set for UFC’s Paramount debut.

Proud to be part of it.
