Year of Rapid Growth Sparks Further Expansion

We had a year of sharp growth at Zút in our last financial year, following a surge in new client partnerships.

Last year we made record number TV commercials, including a set of ads featuring legendary ring announcer Michael Buffer.

With ambitious plans to continue on this trajectory of growth, we’ve grown our headcount to 30 and aim to double this in the next two years. Exciting plans are also underway to move into a new 9,000 sq ft office space in early 2023.

Current owners Managing Director Mark Hancock and Creative Director Matthew Thompson took over the business in 2020, growing it from a video production company into a fully-integrated agency.

Managing Director Mark Hancock, said: “We work relentlessly to understand our clients’ audiences, finding ways to grab their attention and build brand loyalty.

“We’re excited to be working with some amazing brands and Matt and I are incredibly proud of what the team has achieved and delivered to date.

“Our growth strategy focuses on supporting and developing our in-house team and expertise. A lot of careful thought and planning is going into making our new space industry-leading. We’re at our most creative and productive when working together, so it’s vital our environment supports us to be our best.”

We’re excited to share that we’ve recently appointed senior fashion and retail specialist Alan Davies to help oversee photography and design at our expanded, in-house studio. Alan joins us as Creative and Studio Director in response to the continued growth
