Long-standing client, Betfred, tasked us with devising a fresh and innovative creative concept for their 2021 TV and digital campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with the Brand.


Live sport was finally starting to welcome crowds back after lockdown. Our concept celebrated sport being back and what it means to fans when celebrating a win with their favourite team, sport, or event.

The idea of highlighting live events and their audiences across the year was solid, and we knew it needed a big personality to give it the cut-through we were looking for.

Betfred was keen on a brand ambassador but previously struggled to find the right person.

We came up with Michael Buffer. For us, he represents the main event and his famous tagline “Let’s get ready to rumble” is world-renowned, so we knew he would work.
